How to Prepare Matcha Tea?
Matcha tea is prepared in a different way than other teas.
Matcha tea is also used in making many desserts.
Heat the bowl in which you will mix the matcha by pouring boiling water.
Wet the chasen mixer used for mixing.
Add (1-2 grams) of matcha to the bowl with 1 cup of hot water.
While holding the bowl firmly with one hand and using the chasen with the other, try to create suds while mixing from left to right.
After mixing enough, pour the matcha tea into your cup.
